To make a donation:
1. Download the donation form
2. Complete the form by filing in donor information and selecting the method of payment
- By check: Please enclose a crossed check payable to 財團法人陽光社會福利基金會 (Sunshine Social Welfare Foundation), and mail it with the donation form to Sunshine Foundation
- By credit card: You can choose to make a monthly donation of the amount of your choice, or you can choose to make a one-off donation.
3. Fax the form to (886-2) 2505-3339 or return it by mail at:

Accountability
Sunshine Foundation sends to each donor a receipt acknowledging their gift. Receipt(s) can be sent on a monthly basis or once a year. Please specify your preferred method on the donation form.

In addition, the list of donors is posted on our Chinese website.
